Everything Neon, a US based company is looking for a long-term and full-time Customer Service Virtual Assistant who will really “wow” our customers and us. Work can start as soon as you’re ready to begin.
Be completely confident with being an exceptional VA
Be willing to work 40 hours a week. Our business is growing very rapidly.
Have a strong track record of VA experience + Customer Service. Reference check will be done.
Aside from the job itself, the ideal candidate must also:
Speak and write great English
Be eager and quick at learning new skills and tasks
Able to meet deadlines
Available during 8am to 5pm CST USA time (1 hour break)
Able to communicate via Skype Voice & Chat (not just chat)
Fast computer along with at least 3Mbps internet up/down
Have a very high level of responsibility and professionalism, especially when communicating with clients and completing the work quickly.
Be excellent at problem-solving and making their own successful decisions.
Have great communication, keeping us informed of progress once every day.
Be fast and responsive to task requests – or in other words – getting the job done as soon as possible, without sacrificing quality.
Working on ecommerce website or order processing for dropship based business is added advantage.
$300-$350/month. Cash bonuses will be paid for speedy, long-term, high-quality results, we pay 13th month and health benefits (post probation). Bi-monthly payouts.
